In 2015, Aaron Kilkenny-Kelly founded AKK Electrical Services LTD which predominantly handled residential & commercial electrical installations.. Aaron’s compelling work ethic & values have strongly influenced how the business works up until today, thus giving the company its success it has attained over the years Electrical installs the AKK way!

AKK provides third party verification for some of the UK and Irelands major contactors. We act as QC & certification to insure our clients electrical installations are to standard.

Leyden house Client – Michel Nugent’s LTD
The transformation of Layden House takes into account changes in office culture that has shifted in recent years to a more collaborative environment. As a result, alongside the reception to the offices, a new co-working space will provide an area for the tenants and their clients to meet and work. On the roof, a new communal garden will provide another collaborative space to interact, and enjoy fantastic views of London.​
Leyden house Client – Michel Nugent’s LTD
Development of a new college community for students and fellows within a conservation area. Croft Gardens includes c4,300m2 of post graduate accommodation comprising 24no college family apartments, 60no graduate rooms and communal facilities, as well as substantial landscaping and external works. The design team are seeking a project with 100 years' design life, as well as achieving full Passivhaus Classic standards across the four buildings. It is expected that Croft Gardens will be carbon negative for the first 7-10 years of operation
